The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! A public hearing on a taxicab ordinance will kick off business when the Havre de Grace City Council meets at 7 p.m. Monday at . For the full agenda, see the attached PDF with this article. Following the opening prayer by Pastor Norman Obenshain, four students will be recognized as Students of the Month by Mayor Wayne Dougherty. Bill Watson will make a presentation on behalf of Havre de Grace Main Street, followed by a presentation of Historic Preservation Commission awards by Ron Browning. Ordinances pertaining to the Harford County road code will be given a second-reading, while an ordinance involving the city's water and sewer rates will be introduced for a first reading. One special event—the Walk on Water 5K set for June 16—is up for approval. The meeting will wrap before a closed session to discuss a property acquisition. Patch will provide live coverage of the meeting beginning at 6:45 p.m.
