Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. This week, the lift began its heavy spring season, <a href="http://baltimore.cbslocal.com/2013/05/20/fish-lift-at-conowingo-dam-to-help-restore-american-shad/#.UZpvVCSD_Q4.email" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">WJZ reports</a>. The dam's general manager told the station the lift moved 1.1 million fish in 2012 several stories above the Susquehanna River. The lift, installed in 1991,releases water from the top of the dam, creating an artificial current that attracts fish. WJZ repotts a particular target of the lift is the American Shad. Biologists catch shad at Conowingo and inject them with hormones to speed production, according to the report. The lift was turned on for the season on April 1, and has seen 11,134 fish pass through since then, according to <a href="http://www.fish.state.pa.us/shad_susq.htm" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">statistics kept by the Pennsylvania Fish &amp; Boat Commission</a>.
