We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Have extra coats, gloves, hats or scarves sitting around? Make Thanksgiving and the holidays special for a local child by donating your coats and winter gear to Patch—which is collecting items for Havre de Grace Elementary School students until the end of December. Drop your items in the green bin in the lobby at the Visitors Center on Pennington Avenue. Patch will collect the bin when full, deliver it to the school and bring the bin back for more. We did this in 2010, shortly after launching Patch, and filled a large bin at least three times. Let's do it again! The school is hosting a mitten and hat tree, but is in need of items for students who may not be as fortunate this season. Drop your items at the Visitors Center (450 Pennington Ave.) during normal weekday business hours: Monday to Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, 11 a.m. to 4 p.m. Can't get to the bin during those hours? Or maybe your donation filled the bin beyond the rim? Awesome—just email havredegrace@patch.com. Happy Holidays, Havre de Grace!
