The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! The Level Volunteer Fire Company will host a free open house Oct. 7. The event will feature station tours, demonstrations and apparatus displays. "Every year the open house attracts hundreds of citizens," Level Volunteer Fire Company President Jason Gallion said. "This is an excellent opportunity for them to learn valuable life saving information and to meet the volunteers who care about their safety." Children can ride a truck, use a hose and try on gear. The Harford County Sheriff's Office, Harford County Emergency Operations, Aberdeen Proving Ground Fire Department and Harford County EMS will have displays. The first 100 adults will receive free reusable shopping bags. Children will receive a goodie bag and fire helmet. Refreshments will be on hand courtesy of the Level Ladies Auxiliary.
