Friday Weather: Harford Under Flash Flood Watch
The flood watch will run from noon until 11 p.m. Friday.

Harford County is under a flash flood watch from noon until 11 p.m. Friday, the National Weather Service announced Friday morning.
Rainfall Friday afternoon could be heavy at times. Temperatures should remain in the 70s Friday, with a low of 69 degrees Friday night.
As of Friday morning, a band of rain and storms was over western Maryland.

The flash flood watch indicated that "excessive rainfall could cause creeks and streams to rise quickly out of their banks and could flood low-lying and urban areas."
Particularly of concern are areas that have received heavy rains in recent days.
