The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! The Harford County Board of Education postponed its vote on how to move forward with a new high school in Havre de Grace during a meeting Monday in Bel Air. In tabling the vote, the board also approved a motion to allow Superintendent Dr. Robert Tomback to explore alternative plans. Tomback previously recommended wholesale replacement of the school, rather than options for renovation/modernization of the current building. The board empowered Tomback with the authority to explore alternative sites for a new building, according to a statement from Harford County Public Schools. Previously, the board cited concerns about the proximity of a proposed replacement school to the commuter rails that bisect the city. The board also asked Tomback to consider the possibility of a combined middle school/high school.  The board's next meeting will be held Dec. 17.
