The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Harford County has been awarded more than $40,000 in federal grant money earmarked for violent crime reduction and other public safety activities. The grant is part of $6.3 million the U.S. Department of Justice issued to the state and individual counties and cities in Maryland. Harford County's share—$40,350—will be used to buy tactical helmets and protective masks for members of the <a href="http://www.harfordsheriff.org/about/bureaus/correctional/" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">Correctional Response Team</a>. In addition, it will purchase tactical raid carriers for law enforcement officers' ballistic vests, according to a statement from Maryland Sens. Barbara Mikulski and Ben Cardin. The grant funding is based on a formula of population and violent crime statistics. Money from the program is used to pay for law enforcement, prosecution, education drug treatment and technology improvements. The three jurisdictions awarded the most money were Baltimore City ($762,900), Prince George's County ($432,311) and Baltimore County ($360,238).
