We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! Harford County's first head of emergency services will be announced on Tuesday. County Executive David R. Craig said Friday the head of the county's new Department of Emergency Services would be unveiled in a formal announcement Tuesday morning in the Harford County Council Chambers. Craig issued an executive order to create the department in 2012 after it was recommended by the Harford County Fire &amp; EMS Commission and the Harford County Public Safety Commission, <a href="http://www.harfordcountymd.gov/Press/Press3596.pdf" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to Craig's office</a>. The department, initially dubbed the "Department of Public Safety," is being created "to help ensure the highest quality of service to the citizens and visitors of Harford County and to support our volunteer-based fire and emergency medical services system," <a href="http://www.harfordcountymd.gov/Press/Press3596.pdf" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">according to Craig's office</a>. The head of the department will be introduced at 11:30 a.m. Tuesday at the chambers, located at 212 S. Bond St. in Bel Air.
