It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Foundation repair work on the Thomas J. Hatem Memorial Bridge will take place overnight beginning Nov. 2, the  Maryland Transportation Authority (MTA) reports. The scheduled work includes concrete pouring as part of a preservation project to repair underwater foundation damage. The $48 million project was deemed necessary to secure the structural integrity of the bridge's piers, MTA reports. Work is slated for completion by fall 2014. MTA reports the work will result in additional noise and truck traffic in the affected areas. The truck route includes I-95 to MD 222 (Perryville Road), to U.S. 40, to Coudon Boulevard, to MD 7 (Philadelphia Road), to Roundhouse Drive.
