We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Numerous artists will showcase their talents at the 61st Havre de Grace Art Show Oct. 19-20 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. There also will be live entertainment and food vendors at the waterfront at Tydings and Concord Point Parks. This juried exhibit and sale, which is free to the public to attend, will highlight the work by artists, makers, craftspeople and authors original work from books and photography to drawing, and acrylic, oil and watercolor painting, as well as sculpture, handmade crafts ranging from basketry, ceramics/pottery, fibers, floral, glass, jewelry, soap, metal, woodwork and more. Children can enjoy story time by local authors adjacent to the playground in Tydings Park.
