Christmas parade brings out Grinch, Santa, APG, motorcyclists and more.
HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — The Havre de Grace Christmas Parade brought the Grinch, elves, Santa, motorcyclists, floats and military members downtown Friday night.
Crowds turned out to watch the annual parade and witness the mayor and Santa lighting the tree in Rochambeau Plaza for the city's "Holly Jolly First Friday."
