AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL OF HAVRE DE GRACE PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY PROVIDED BY ARTICLE 23A OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND AND CITY CHARTER SECTION 34 AMENDING CITY CODE SECTION 177 ARTICLE II UTILITY TAX BY ESTABLISHING NEW RATES WERE SET TO FREEZE IN 2013.

An Ordinance concerning the refinance of City Bonds 

AN ORDINANCE OF THE MAYOR AND CITY COUNCIL PURSUANT TO THE AUTHORITY OF ARTICLE 23A OF THE ANNOTATED CODE OF MARYLAND AND CHAPTERS 34 AND 39 OF THE CITY CHARTER APPROVING THE REFINANCE OF CITY BONDS KNOWN AS SERIES 2011 REFUNDED BOND, 2002 SERIES A, 2003 SERIES A AND 2004 SERIES A WHICH REFINANCE FIRST REQUIRES THE APPROVAL OF THE CITY VOTERS AND THE PASSAGE OF AN ORDINANCE.
