Lewis Lane, 3000 block, 3:46 p.m. on March 28. Robert Vincent Kovacsics, 36, was served a criminal summons and charged with theft of more than $200 and two counts of fraud. He allegedly wrote checks from another person’s account, police said.

Pulaski Highway, 1000 block, 9:05 a.m. on March 28. A man allegedly tried to use a counterfeit $100 bill at the Havre de Grace Rite Aid. The man was described as 24 to 28 years of age, standing 5-foot-11 and weighing 200 pounds. Police took the bill and contacted the U.S. Secret Service. The investigation is ongoing.
