Havre de Grace Crime: Drug, Warrant Arrests

St. John Street, 400 block, 9 a.m. on April 5. Jamal Rodale Dudley, 38, of the 2100 block of Williams Drive was arrested on a domestic assault warrant.

North Washington Street, 200 block, 9:32 p.m. on April 4. Galvez Jifez Sheppard, 33, of the 500 block of Congress Avenue was arrested and charged with trespassing and CDS possession of a controlled dangerous substance and possession of a controlled dangerous substance with intent to distribute. Police arrested Sheppard at the Rodgers’ House Tavern.

Pulaski Highway, 900 block, 1:41 p.m. on April 4. Charles Kenneth Moyer, 26, of the 500 block of Franklin Street in Perryville was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. Police arrested Moyer during a routine traffic stop.
