Havre de Grace Crime: St. Paddy's DUI Arrests

Pulaski Highway, 1200 block, 12:47 a.m. on March 18. Eric James Lagnese, 24, of the 300 block of Stockman’s Lane in Aberdeen was arrested and charged with failure to obey a traffic control device, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol and driving under the influence of alcohol per se.
Congress Avenue, 500 block, 7:39 p.m. on March 18. Derek Andrew Fogg, 49, of the 500 block of Congress Avenue was arrested and charged with second-degree assault. Fogg and his girlfriend got into an argument that turned physical, according to a police report.

Pulaski Highway, 800 block, 2:26 a.m. on March 18. Dusty Lynn Simmons, 25, of the 400 block of Revolution Street was arrested and charged with failure to display lighted lamps in unfavorable visibility conditions, turning a vehicle without giving an adequate signal, driving under the influence of alcohol, driving under the influence of alcohol per se and driving while impaired by alcohol.
Weber Street, 100 block, 2:30 a.m. on March 17. Rodrell Larone James, 33, of the 100 block of Deaver Street was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct. James was allegedly fighting in the middle of the street, and the verbal altercation led to a disturbance, according to police. James was told several times to leave the area and he refused.

Pulaski Highway and Post Road, 10:35 p.m. on March 16. Jerry Lee Ledlow, 25, of the 100 block of Idlewild Road in Bel Air was arrested and charged with failure to drive right of center, unsafe lane changing, driving while impaired by alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol per se, and driving while under the influence of alcohol.
