Havre de Grace Crime: Theft, Drug, DUI Arrests

Erie Street, 800 block, 4:50 p.m. on July 8. John Scott Hager, 50, of the 800 block of Erie St., was arrested on a criminal summons for unlawfully loud noise. Hager was allegedly playing loud music in a residence. 

Pulaski Highway, 2100 block, 12:35 a.m. on July 8. Nancy Marie Harrington, 29, of the unit block of Victory St. in Aberdeen, was arrested and charged with driving on a suspended license.

Graceview and Bern Drives, 1:44 a.m. on July 7. Jesse Alexander Sfetsas, 23, of the 100 block of North Washington St., was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

MD Route 155 and Baker Road, 10 p.m. on July 6. Juliann Hinson, 56, of the 4000 block of Rustico Road in Essex, was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

Pulaski Highway, 900 block, 8:46 p.m. on July 6. Jesse Alan Wilson, 30, of the 2600 block of Long Meadow Drive in Abingdon, was arrested and charged with possession of marijuana. The arrest followed a vehicle stop, in which Wilson was a passenger.

North Stokes Street, 100 block, 6:59 p.m. on July 5. Brian Charles Wing, 50, of the 300 block of South Stokes St., was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine.

North Juniata Street, 400 block, 12:57 a.m. on July 5. Krista Victoria Yeager, 22, of the 400 block of Eastern Court in Aberdeen, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine and possession of drug paraphernalia, and giving a false statement to a police officer.

Deaver Street, 100 block, 11:47 a.m. on July 4. Dwayne Cecil Webb, 44, of the 500 block of Pleasant Wind Drive in Aberdeen, was arrested and charged with second-degree assault.

Giles Street, 800 block, 11:08 a.m. on July 4. Garfield Smith III, 20, of the 800 block of Lafayette Street was charged with second-degree assault.

Eugene Drive, 900 block, July 4. Brian William Hunnewell, 24, of the 900 block of Eugene Drive, was arrested on a warrant charging him with first-degree and fourth-degree burglary, and two counts of theft less than $1,000. The theft allegedly took place on July 2. Police said Hunnewell stole a laptop computer from his parents’ house and tried to pawn it. Police recovered the Toshiba computer, valued at $370.99.

Pulaski Highway, 1000 block, July 3. Justin Michael Porter, 41, of the 600 block of Susquehanna Ave., was charged with failure to remain at the scene of an accident. The incident took place in the Weis parking lot.

Alliance Street, 300 block, 10:19 p.m. on July 1. Christopher Marquel Hackett, 21, of the 1300 block of Tralee Circle in Aberdeen, was charged with failure to remain at the scene of an accident with property damage.

Giles Street, 100 block, 9:56 p.m. on July 1. Thomas Wilfred Pluff, 51, of the 700 block of Nottingham Drive in Aberdeen, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated. He was also cited with driving under the influence of alcohol, driving while impaired by alcohol, and failure to control speed to avoid a collision. The charges stemmed from an accident in which Pluff allegedly struck a boat trailer being hauled behind a car.
