Havre de Grace Crime: Van Stolen, Arrests

Bulle Rock Parkway at Chapel Road, 2:39 a.m. May 29. Melissa Helene Kovacs, 37, of the 600 block of Brenda Lane in Aberdeen, was arrested on a warrant from Florida for possession of a controlled dangerous substance and fraud. The arrest took place during a routine vehicle stop.

Bloomsbury Avenue, 100 block, 10:47 p.m. May 28. Joseph Wayne Cox, 22, of the 100 block of Bloomsbury Ave., was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

Pulaski Highway, 800 block, 3:13 a.m. May 27. Joshua Aaron Wilmot, 22, of the unit block of Highland Hills Drive in Port Deposit, was arrested and charged with driving while intoxicated.

Green Street, 700 block, 5:29 p.m. May 26. Jonathan Lee Brooks, 27, of the unit block of Swan St. in Aberdeen, was arrested and charged with disorderly conduct.

O’Neill Court, 100 block, 8 a.m. May 26. A 2004 Chrysler Town & Country van was reported stolen. The owner reportedly parked the van at a residence, where it remained before he went to sleep. The van was gone in the morning. Police have no suspects.

Franklin Street, 500 block, 2:59 a.m. May 26. Andre Kostelanetz Waiters, 30, of the 100 block of Farm Road in Aberdeen, was arrested and charged with possession of cocaine.

Goldeneye Court, 300 block, 5 p.m. May 25. Lynn Bradley Bull, 57, of the 300 block of Goldeneye Court, was arrested and charged with assault.

Market Street, 400 block, 11 p.m. May 25. Brooke Renee Wilks, 38, of the 200 block of Girard St., was arrested and charged with driving under the influence.

North Union Avenue, 100 block, 1:10 a.m. May 24. Kasiem Jerrod Davis, 37, of the 400 block of Village Drive, was arrested on a Havre de Grace warrant charging him with assault, aggravated assault, robbery and theft of more than $200. The charges stem from a robbery earlier in 2012.

Heather Way, 200 block, 10 p.m. May 23.  Brendon James Peyton, 25, of the 200 block of Heather Way, was arrested on a warrant through Harford County.

Pennington Avenue, 700 block, May 22. Kenya Kayleigh Phillips, 19, of the 300 block of Girard St. was charged with burglary, theft and theft of more than $200.
