The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Election season is almost here again. Havre de Grace holds its annual vote in May, but candidates for City Council and Mayor may begin filing to run in the election next month. Residents will elect three council members and a mayor in the May 7 election. All officials serve two-year terms, with three of the six council seats up for a vote each spring. <a href="https://patch.com/N-gbbT" rel="nofollow">Candidates may file</a> to run in the election on weekdays from March 5 to March 19.
