HdG Election Results 2022: Voters Turn Out Despite Uncontested Race

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Despite an uncontested race, the city of Havre de Grace saw hundreds of voters turn out for the 2022 municipal election this week.

Three candidates ran for three seats on the Havre de Grace City Council.

On Tuesday, 503 voters cast their ballots at the STAR Centre in the former Havre de Grace High School gymnasium.

Here are the preliminary results from the 2022 election:

• Casi Boyer — 410
• Tammy Lynn Schneegas — 355
• Jim Ringsaker — 348
• Write-in — 63

An absentee and provisional canvass will take place together at 10 a.m. on Thursday, May 5, at City Hall.
