We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Authorities are investigating a fire that broke out Tuesday afternoon at a Havre de Grace residence, causing approximately $75,000 in damage. According to a news release from the Maryland Office of the State Fire Marshal, crews responded to a blaze at a single-story home located at 704 Glenville Rd. around 3:15 p.m. Firefighters were able to contain the bulk of the fire to the home's exterior; however, the building sustained extensive smoke, soot and water damage. Authorities said the home was in the final stages of being renovated before the fire, and workers had finished staining the floors Tuesday morning. While the cause of the fire remains under investigation, authorities said that spontaneous combustion of oily rags could not be ruled out.Nobody was home at the time of the blaze. No injuries were reported, authorities said.
