Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Coakley's Pub started St. Patrick's Day early Saturday morning with its annual Green Eggs and Kegs breakfast. The kegs part is pretty self-explanatory. But how do you do green fried eggs? "You just turned the butter green and then you cook the egg," Margie Coakley said. "Yeah, they're pretty green." Green food coloring does the trick, she said. She said the Irish pub and restaurant also does green scrambled eggs to go along with ham, scrapple, sausage, toast and sausage gravy for its St. Patrick's Day breakfast. The party didn't end Saturday. Coakley's will continue St. Patrick's Day on Sunday, including a bag piper. The menu features corned beef and cabbage, Sheppard's Pie, Irish car bombs, Guinness stew and more.  Oh, and those kegs—Coakley said she special ordered seven of them carrying only Guinness.
