Inaugural Susquehanna Wine & Seafood Festival Is Coming To HdG
The festival, showcasing Maryland seafood restaurants and food trucks, will take place at the Concord Point Lighthouse from Sept. 25 to 26.

HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — Havre de Grace is set to host the inaugural Susquehanna Wine & Seafood Festival, a two-day event that will showcase Maryland's seafood restaurants and food trucks.
The family-friendly festival will be held rain or shine from Saturday, Sept. 25 to Sunday, Sept. 26 at the Concord Point Lighthouse. It will feature over 20 local restaurants and food trucks, including:
- Jimmy's Famous Seafood
- Conrad's Crabs
- Mason's Famous Lobster Rolls
- Black Eyed Suzie's
- Faidley's Seafood
- Flash Crabcake Co.
- Greek on the Street
- Shell & Barrell
- Dangerously Delicious Pies
- Red's Smokehouse
- Sobeachy Haitian Cuisine
- London Chippy
- Bowman's Butcher Shop
- Cream Cruiser
Each restaurant will serve signature seafood dishes, ranging from crab cakes to lobster rolls to grilled oysters to fish tacos to Maryland steamed crabs. Non-seafood will also be available, and over 40 wines, signature cocktails and brews will be served.

Bands and DJs will play live music, local chefs will teach cooking demos, and mixology demonstrations, shopping opportunities, a VIP tent and a family zone will be offered as well.
A portion of the festival's proceeds will benefit local nonprofits, including the Havre de Grace Independence Day Commission, Empower4Life MD, Soroptimist of Havre de Grace, the Humane Society of Harford County, and Havre de Grace Colored School.

The event will be hosted by B Scene Events & Promotions, LLC, which is also in charge of the Baltimore Wine Fest and Baltimore Seafood Fest.
"I am excited to add another festival to B Scene’s lineup. I moved to Havre de Grace a few years ago and fell in love with it," Beth Laverick, owner of B Scene Events & Promotions, said in a statement. "I think it will be a great destination for locals and visitors alike."
Anyone traveling to the event who wants to save the toll and parking hassle and receive a free general admission ticket can hop on a complimentary bus at Hollywood Casino Perryville. The bus will run continuously during festival hours.
