The Maryland Department of Transportation State Highway Administration started two highway improvement projects in Harford County with one kicking off Sept. 11. Crews will improve the pavement on a 3.4-mile section of MD 165 (Baldwin Mill Road) from MD 152 (Fallston Road) to MD 23 (East-West Highway). They will work 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. weekdays.
During work hours, drivers can expect single-lane closures with flagging operations to control two-way traffic on MD 165. Crews and flaggers will use temporary traffic signs and cones to guide motorists through the work zone.
