Laptop, iPod Stolen in Home Invasion: HdG Police Blotter
The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information.

Break-in on North Adams Street
An LG latop and an iPod mini were stolen from a home in the 500 block of North Adams Street during an home invasion Thursday, according to Havre de Grace police.
Police responded to a call for a break-in at around 7 p.m. Thursday. The resident of the home told police she had been out shopping and when she returned she found an LG laptop and an iPod mini were missing. She also told police that the doors were left unlocked while she was out.
No suspects have been identified in connection with the incident and the investigation is ongoing.
Car Theft from South Union Avenue
On Thursday evening, police responded to a call in the 700 block of South Union Avenue for a stolen 1995 Buick Century. The victim told police that an "old friend" had a set of keys to the car, but was not permitted to use the vehicle.
Police went to the friend's house and found the vehicle parked on the property. Police charged the friend with vehicle theft and unauthorized use of a motor vehicle.
Open Warrant Arrest on Pulaski Highway
Weiss Supermarket on the 900 block of Pulaski Highway contacted police Sunday night after suspecting a customer was stealing items from the store.
Police located the customer near Lewis Lane and Pulaski Highway and found there was an open warrant in Cecil County for failure to appear in court on burglary and theft charges. The person was arrested on the open warrant, but no charges have yet been filed for the alleged theft from Weiss.
