Level VFC Circus Returns To Aldino

The Kelly-Miller Circus benefits the Level Volunteer Fire Company.

After , the Kelly-Miller Circus returns to Level in June.

The shows will be held at 2 p.m. and 5:30 p.m. on June 9 at the Legends of the Fog Show Grounds at the Aldino Sod Farm. The circus will benefit the Level Volunteer Fire Company.

"Last year’s Circus was a huge success with nearly 2,000 people in attendance," Level Volunteer Fire Company Assistant Chief Rhonda Polk said.

The event features tigers, elephants, camels, dogs, ponies, clowns, aerialists and acrobats in a one-ring set-up.

Advance tickets are $10 for adults, $6 for children 2-12, and admission is free for children under the age of 2. Tickets can be puchased in advance at the Aldino Sod Farm, J&T Snowballs at 2427 Baldwin Mill Road, Back to the Racks Consignment Shop at 2210 Old Emmorton Road and at the  through June 8. On the day of the event, tickets are $15 for adults and $7 for children.

Beginning at 9 o'clock on the morning of the circus, the public can watch the elephants raise the tent for free.

"This is an excellent opportunity for everyone to see a part of the circus many people don’t have the opportunity to see," Jason Gallion, President of Level VFC said in a statement. "Guided tours are also available on circus morning."

Two of the circus clowns, Carlee and Charlie, will be in Harford County on May 25 to entertain and educate groups on circus life.
