Mailbox Through Car Window: Havre de Grace Crime
The Havre de Grace Police Department provided the following information.

Lewis Street, 700 block, 1:35 p.m. on April 30. Items—including a debit card—were stolen from an unlocked Ford F-150. Charges totaling $65 were made on the card. Police have no suspects.
Tydings Road, 700 block, 9:10 a.m. on April 29. A man reported that two bicycles left chained to a chair on the front porch of his home were stolen between April 28 and April 29. The bikes—a foldable Dahon bicycle and a blue foldable Xootor bike—are valued at $900 total.
Bounding Home Court, 300 block, 7:46 p.m. on April 28. A mailbox post was thrown through the window of a 2002 Toyota while it was parked in a driveway in the 300 block of Bounding Home Court. Damage to the vehicle was estimated at $800. A report from the owner of the mailbox, also on the 300 block of Bounding Home Court, was made about an hour later, and indicated damage to the mailbox was estimated at $200.

Chapel Road, 1700 block, 8:36 a.m. on April 28. Police discovered two marijuana plants growing during an investigation into a domestic assault. The Harford County Drug Task Force was contacted to take over the investigation.
Revolution Street, 1200 block, 7:46 p.m. on April 26. Two women in their 30s were involved in a fight stemming from a prior argument. No injuries were reported and both were referred to the State's Attorney's Office.

North Adams Street, 300 block, 8:55 a.m. on April 26. Makeup valued at approximately $25 was reportedly taken from a package outside a home.
