The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. HARFORD COUNTY, MD — A Havre de Grace man has died and six people - including three children - were injured in a three-vehicle crash that happened shortly after 10 a.m. Monday.Troopers from the Maryland State Police Bel Air Barrack were called to the area of eastbound Churchville Road (MD-22) west of N. Stepney Road Monday, April 14, for a report of a multi-vehicle crash. According to a preliminary investigation, a Chevy Traverse, driven by Tyler Lingenfelter, 33, was traveling west, when for unknown reasons, the vehicle crossed the center lines and hit the box truck. The impact of the initial crash subsequently caused the box truck to hit the Ford Transit van, according to the Maryland State Police. Lingenfelter was pronounced dead at the scene. Three juvenile passengers in the Traverse were taken by ambulance to area hospitals for treatment of their injuries. The driver of the box truck, a 55-year-old man, and his passenger, a 44-year-old female, as well as the driver of the Ford Transit van, a 62-year-old man, also were taken by ambulance to area hospitals for treatment of their injuries.
