Maryland Italian Festival Runs Through Weekend

Maryland's largest Italian festival starts Friday and runs through Sunday with food, live entertainment and activities.

ABREDEEN, MD — The three-day Galbani Maryland Italian Festival kicks off Friday at 5 p.m. at Ripken Stadium with food, live entertainment, vendors and more.

The first night of the Maryland Italian Festival is Military Night and runs from 5 to 11 p.m. The festival will run from 11 a.m. to 11 p.m. Saturday and from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. Sunday with an outdoor church service at 10 a.m.

Highlights of the event include live performances by national acts on the main stage, headlined by Rat Pack Together Again on Sunday evening, as well as dozens of Italian food vendors dishing out classics like pasta, pizza and gelato, alongside retail stalls offering imported goods.

  • Wine tastings and liquor piazzas
  • Live music all weekend
  • Bocce tournament viewing
  • Fireworks Friday and Saturday

  • VIP Villas and reserved stage pods available

Tickets cost $12 per day or $25 for the weekend. All proceeds will go to charity.
