Family and friends of the Maryland Army National Guard's 1297th Combat Sustainment Support Battalion will welcome their loved ones home with open arms Sunday morning. They hope that residents in will, too. The 1297th CSSB is slated to return to the National Guard Armory on Old Bay Lane around 10 a.m. on Sunday. Residents may line Old Bay Lane to welcome the troops home. The plans to display the American Flag along the route, in similar fashion to the of the Maryland Army National Guard 1729th Field Support Maintenance Company.  That return featured and a number of other locals.
