Planning commission chairman Curtis Coon told Patch Havre de Grace's planning department received the plan Aug. 20 and completed its review on Aug. 31.

Coon said he felt "cramped" with the time frame and only one opportunity for residents to give input on the plan.

The full agenda for the meeting can be found on the city website and in printable form included with this article.
