We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. HARFORD COUNTY, MD — Anyone who missed the chance to donate school supplies to the Pack the Patrol Car initiative at National Night Out still can contribute to the project. Harford County sheriff's deputies will be at the Abingdon Walmart, 410 Constant Friendship Blvd., Saturday from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. People can drop off donations and help "pack the patrol car" in support of area students. School supplies also can be donated at HCSO headquarters, 45 South Main St., Bel Air, as well as at the Southern Precinct, 1305 Pulaski Highway, Edgewood, and the Northern Precinct, 3726 Norrisville Rd., Jarrettsville.
