We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. What was once a gravel walkway is now a pathway highlighting the names of volunteers, alumni and community leaders who made James R. Harris Stadium possible. The stadium is home to the Havre de Grace High School Warriors soccer, football, lacrosse and track teams. Bricks were sold as a fundraiser and were installed after the field houses at opposing corners of the playing field were constructed in the spring. The walkway connects the entry plaza with both sidelines, and includes a flag plaza in the endzone near the tennis courts. Check out photos of the stadium, shared with Patch. Have photos of your own?
