A new Upper Chesapeake hospital, hotel, offices and retail center is proposed for the Interstate 95 interchange in Havre de Grace.
Upper Chesapeake leaders recently met with Havre de Grace residents giving them a glimpse of what is to come with a project that may bring a hospital, hotel, offices and retail to the Interstate 95 interchange.

- Phase 2: Medical space
- Phase 3: Retail and hotel
- Phase 4: Ofice space and retail
The retail proposed for the site includes a pharmacy, bank and gas pumps. A day car is also included in the proposal.
