The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Police are looking for a man they say followed a 17-year-old girl walking in the city Tuesday afternoon. The victim reported being followed by a man in a white Honda while she was walking in the 100 block of Bloomsbury Avenue at 12:59 p.m. Tuesday,  spokesman said. The girl told police the man was "well-tanned" with a pitted face, wearing a green baseball cap and a grey t-shirt. He allegedly followed the girl as she walked toward a residence on Wilson Street. He passed the girl and pulled over before rolling down the window and asking her to get in the car, Gilpin said. The vehicle then turned onto Wilson Street in the direction the female was walking before speeding off toward Deaver Street. Police searched the area and could not locate the vehicle. The investigation is ongoing.  Anyone with information may contact Havre de Grace police at 410-939-2121.
