The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! picked up a toddler who either fell or climbed out of a car at a busy intersection during lunchtime Thursday afternoon. Police responded to Otsego and Juniata streets at 12:47 p.m. Thursday where a 2- or 3-year-old boy was in the street. It was unclear how the child ended up in the street, but police found the mother approximately a half hour later after they learned a female driver of a vehicle left the area, police spokesman said. The child did not suffer any life-threatening injuries and was taken by ambulance to  as a precaution. The mother was located in the 500 block of North Adams Street. Police are questioning the woman. As of 2:20 p.m. Thursday, no initial reports were available. Stay with for updates.
