We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. It is fully furnished and decorated. Great for smaller law, accounting, insurance, tech, graphic arts, design firms, etc, and will work for 4 to 7 people. Randy Craig has been unanimously selected as the Havre de Grace City Council President for 2012-2013. City Council was in a closed session for more than an hour late Monday night, following the swearing-in of incumbent Council President Bill Martin and newly elected council members Joseph Smith and Dave Glenn. They were elected in a citywide election on May 8. The meeting went into a closed session around 8:45 p.m. and council members began to trickle back into the council chambers at 10 p.m. following the closed session deliberation to select a new president. The meeting reconvened at 10:08 p.m. Martin served the past two terms as City Council president. He made the motion for Craig to become Council President. The motion was seconded by Councilman John Correri and ratified by a unanimous vote by the new council. Craig was re-elected in May 2011 with the highest vote total in the election. He will be up for re-election in May 2013. Craig served as City Council President in 2009-2010.
