Road Closure Required For Upcoming Storm Drain Repairs

Drivers should note that an Edgewood road will be closed for approximately five weeks so crews can make storm drain repairs.

EDGEWOOD, MD — An upcoming road closure in Edgewood will force drivers to find a new route for five weeks.

The northbound section of Woodbridge Center Way between Woodbridge Station Way and U.S. Route 40 in Edgewood will be closed to all through traffic for approximately five weeks starting Monday. The closure is required for storm drain repairs, county officials stated.

Emergency vehicles and school buses will not be allowed through the northbound lane at any time. drivers who use this road should follow the detour signs or make other arrangements, officials noted.
