SHCO Crews Extinguish Commercial Building Fire Friday

The Susquehanna Hose Company responded to a report of one fire early Friday morning, and moments later wound up fighting another one across town.

At approximately 12:42 a.m. Friday, SHCO crews responded to a report of smoke in the 100 block of Bloomsbury Avenue. Moments later, crews were en route to a blaze in the 900 block of Pulaski Highway, according to Susquehanna5.com.

Crews fought the blaze for about two hours at commercial building, where they arrived to find fire spread to the roof, the SHCO report said. 

The Maryland State Fire Marshal was investigating the blaze Friday, according to the Hose Company.
