The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! This time around, the Warriors are hoping to have a one-run advantage when the game ends. After two close contests in the regular season, the Havre de Grace and Perryville softball teams clash Wednesday in a winner-take-all battle in the Class 1A North region semifinals in Cecil County. First pitch is scheduled for 4 p.m. at Perryville High School. Havre de Grace is looking to avenge two regular season defeats at the hands of Perryville—which defeated the Warriors, 2-1 and 8-7 in April contests.  A win will push either team to the region championship, which would be held Friday against the winner of the other semifinal—Bo Manor and Carver A&amp;T. <a href="http://mpssaa.countysportszone.com/?bracket=37" rel="nofollow" target="_blank">See the full bracket here</a>. As the Warriors and Panthers are the higher seeds remaining, the region final would be played at the home of Wednesday's winner. The Warriors have never reached the state tournament. The Panthers reached the state semifinals in 2012 after reaching the state finals in 2010.
