We have private offices on the main floor that rent from $500 to $700 per month, suitable for 1, 2 or 3 people, depending on office size. The quiet work environment is perfect for start-ups and established small businesses, sole proprietors, satellite offices for realtors, attorneys, accountants, writers, techies, etc. We offer full time reception, 2 conference rooms, copy room, coffee and tea service and small kitchen with full size frig, microwave and toaster oven, We also have office furniture you can choose from to get set up, if needed. Our front lobby has been home to the RiverView Gallery for 24 years now, so it is always bright, cheery and welcoming to your clients and customers. Rentals are month to month, with one month's security deposit due upon lease signing. On the second floor we have a big, beautiful office suite w/private entrance that will knock your socks off! It rents for $2,500 per month, and features 2 front facing private offices with water views, reception and spacious work and file storage area, kitchen with rooftop deck, large conference room, and one full and one half bath. HAVRE DE GRACE, MD — A vehicle caught on fire Tuesday morning while sitting in the driveway of a Havre de Grace home.Firefighters with the Susquehanna Hose Company were called to the home located in the 2000 block of Lori Lane around 8:37 a.m. May 13. A 2004 GMC Envoy was on fire, which investigators believe started in the passenger side compartment. Firefighters spent 15 minutes working on the fire, which was discovered by the owner. Estimated loss has been listed as $2,500 by the fire company. The fire remains under investigation by the Maryland State Office of the Fire Marshal.

The Maryland State Fire Marshal's Office is investigating a fire that burned a GMC Envoy parked in a driveway Tuesday morning.
