Coalfire To Open In Hunt Valley This Summer

The pizza shop, which replaces Carmine's NY Pizza in Hunt Valley Towne Center, is set to open this summer.

If you're in Hunt Valley and looking for a slice, you'll have a new option this summer.

Coalfire, a pizzeria, will open in Hunt Valley Towne Center in the spot formerly occupied by Carmine's New York Pizzeria which closed last year.

The restaurant is currently hiring for a summer 2013 opening according to a sign posted in the window. Click here to download an application.

BMore Media reports that the restaurant will be the fifth in a chain operated by Sparks resident Dennis Sharoky. Sharoky curently owns Coalfire restaurants in Ellicott City, Gaithersburg, Frederick and Gambrills, BMore Media reported.

The restaurant's menu includes pizzas with a choice of three different sauces: classic, signature (which is sweet and spicy), and spicy; and a variety of toppings like fresh-made mozzarella cheese, prosciutto ham, and oven-roasted onions.
