Commute Alert: Beaver Dam Road Closed at Warren; Light Rail North of Timonium Road Shut Down

A garbage truck has hit overhead wires at the intersection of Beaver Dam and Warren roads, so that intersection, in Cockeysville, is closed.
"Light rail shut down at this location," according to a 4:21 p.m. Thursday tweet by Baltimore County Public Safety.
Warren Road remains open, according to a news release from Baltimore County.
The Maryland Transit Administration said the "Light Rail service is temporarily suspended between Hunt Valley and Timonium Road," because of loss of power.
They're working on fixing it, but the "service north of Timonium could be affected throughout the night," according to a release Thursday evening.
Meanwhile, there will be bus shuttles between Hunt Valley and Timonium Road, it states.

"Customers who ordinarily use Hunt Valley, Pepper Road, McCormick, Gilroy or the Warren Road stations who are planning to attend tonight’s game at M&T Bank Stadium are encouraged to drive to the Timonium Light Rail station and board there."
