Watershed Action Plan

Baltimore County Dept. of Environmental Protection and Sustainability (EPS) and the Gunpowder Valley Conservancy will host a community meeting to provide an update on progress of the Small Watershed Action Plan (SWAP) for the Beaverdam Run, Oregon Branch, and Baisman Run watersheds.

This third meeting will focus on the final SWAP plan and what you can do at work, home or school to improve water quality.
