Dr. Martin L. King Jr., Oratory Competition

What: Sponsored by the SPEAK! MD Oratory League, students will participate in a competition.

Price: $10; age 17 and under, $5

“Let Freedom Ring” Concert

What: A concert in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. by Grammy Award winner Bobby McFerrin and the Let Freedom Ring Choir

When/Where: 6 p.m., Kennedy Center, Concert Hall, 2700 F St. NW.

Price: Free tickets will be distributed to those in line in the Hall of Nations starting a 5 p.m. Monday. Only two tickets per person.
