Associated Press Reports A second man was arrested Monday for the 2009 shooting of a Hyattsville woman, according to the Associated Press. Dowen Donovan Knight, 57, was arraigned in DC Superior Court on the charge of first-degree murder. Police said Knight and 45-year-old Andres Lopez shot Rufina Hernandez, 51, of Hyattsville, in the face and neck multiple times while she was working at her DC shop, La Casa De Morata, on Nov. 7, 2009. Lopez was charged in November 2009 with felony murder while armed in Hernandez's slaying. Knight had been indicted in August and was being held in Montgomery County on unrelated charges.
