Jose Hernandez Chavez was sitting a stoplight in the 8400 block of Central Avenue in Seat Pleasant Monday shortly before 4 p.m. when a pickup truck heading eastbound on Central Avenue hit the back of Hernandez Chavez' car, shoving him into a third vehicle. Hernandez Chavez was taken to a hospital where he was pronounced dead. The other involved drivers were not injured.Prince George's County Police are asking the public for information that could help investigators. Anyone with relevant information about the crash is asked to call the Collision Analysis and Reconstruction Unit at 301-731-4422.
