• Tenants threatened with eviction just got more rights (thebaltimorebanner.com) — Montgomery County has approved new protections giving tenants a full 14 days’ notice before an eviction, more than doubling the state minimum and aiming to connect renters with aid in time. Lawmakers also passed the HERO Act to speed pension access for families of first responders, inspired by firefighter Christopher Higgins, who died battling a fire in Laurel earlier this year.

Found on Bitterwood Place in the Russett Community. No tags were found on the dog. (Nextdoor Russett) - My family and I had the pleasure of enjoying the Maryland Fairgrounds Christmas lights in Timonium, Maryland.
