• Motorcycle Crash Leaves Drayden Man Critical in Mechanicsville (southernmarylandchronicle.com) — A serious crash on Three Notch Road in Mechanicsville has left a 26-year-old Drayden motorcyclist in critical condition and shut down part of the southbound roadway for hours during the investigation. Deputies say a Mechanicsville driver turning from Cedar Grove Street allegedly failed to yield, leading to the collision. Investigators are asking anyone who witnessed the incident to contact the St. Mary’s County Sheriff’s Office.
