• Seven people taken to hospitals after bus, van crash in Montgomery County (fox5dc.com) — If you travel near Shady Grove Road and Research Boulevard, be aware that a Ride On bus and an adult day care van collided there, sending seven people to hospitals as a precaution. Fire officials say no one suffered traumatic injuries, but the midday crash drew a large emergency response and briefly disrupted traffic on a route many Montgomery Village residents use.
