Così® Debuts Summer Menu as part of 30th Anniversary Celebration

BALTIMORE – Così, Inc., the fast-casual restaurant company, has introduced a new summer menu to tie in with its 30th anniversary. Designed by a team of culinary trained chefs, the menu features refreshing flavors and seasonal fruits served with signature flatbread made from Cosi’s® secret, centuries-old recipe.

Guests can choose from the following items – even mixing and matching through Cosi’s “Taste Two” option:

• Chicken Bruschetta Sandwich – Homemade bruschetta, slow-roasted chicken and fresh mozzarella drizzled with balsamic glaze on signature flatbread; served with a choice of chips or baby carrots.

• Summer Spinach Salad– Baby spinach topped with diced tomato, chopped onion, hard-boiled egg, and crumbled bacon; served with sherry shallot vinaigrette and signature flatbread.

• Honolulu Bowl – Slow-roasted chicken over jasmine rice; topped with chopped pineapple, avocado chunks, diced tomato, scallions and crispy oriental noodles; served with signature flatbread.

• Blueberry Smash – Handcrafted lemonade with muddled blueberries, fresh mint and lime slice.

The summer menu is available at participating locations for in-store, online and catering orders. Così’s Baltimore-Washington area locations are as follows:

• Washington, DC: 601 Penn, 10th & E, 12th & G, 1333 H Street NW, 15th & K, 1700 Penn, Chevy Chase
